Glitter and Glow Body Co makes all attempts to ship your order within 7-10 business days (weekdays only) of receipt. Due to unforeseen circumstances (supply chain issues, high volume of orders, personal illness, etc.) there may be times we are outside of this time frame. If we anticipate we cannot ship your order within 10 business days, you will be contacted.
Shipping Policy - the basics
Once your order is shipped, it is out of our hands and in the care of the shipping carrier. We will make all efforts to assist in communicating with the carrier should there be an issue in transit with your order. We will only replace your order once the carrier has stated the item is lost, stolen and/or not able to be delivered.
Providing an incorrect address is not a reason to have your order replaced. It is your responsibility to ensure your information is correct prior to ordering.
